We've perfected a detailed four-step process that takes you from your initial consultation all the way to an electrifying fight night.
This is the first and most important stage. We arrange an initial consultation where you'll be advised on the best approach to organising your fundraiser. We provide realistic projections of possible fundraising figures, drawing on our extensive experience. Our specialised team will mentor you through the entire process — from recruiting suitable participants, to launching the programme, developing a sponsorship strategy, and marketing the event.
Once all participants are signed up and have completed our medical screening, the training begins. Two sessions per week over a 6 to 8 week period with our expert coaches. Participants progress from learning the boxing stance and basic punches, through bag work and pad work, to sparring in the ring. All training is conducted in a safe, fun environment. Our coaches include Olympic and international competitors with years of experience.
The pre-event preparation is critically important. All boxing participants will be enthusiastically anticipating their ring debut. Both organisers and participants will know they are in trusted and capable hands. Our tailor-made "Event Action Plan Checklist" ensures a smooth lead-in to the big fight night — every detail accounted for, nothing left to chance.
On the big night, we handle full coordination and event management. We pride ourselves on our production — no stone unturned, no corners cut. Fight night lights, floor-thumping speakers, a master of ceremonies, ringside medic, referee, coaches, cornermen, DJ, and ring card girl. All participants are evenly matched and screened before entering the ring to their individual entrance music.
Our coaches are of the highest standard, with many years of boxing and coaching experience. Some have competed at Olympic Games and international amateur and professional competitions.
All training is 100% portable — we come to your site with everything needed. Over 6-8 weeks, participants transform from beginners to confident fighters ready for fight night.
